Payment Methods

Cash on delivery
After confirming your order, we will send your order by Sagawa Express e-Collect COD delivery service. Upon arrival of the product, please pay directly to the courier the product price, shipping fee, and the specified COD fee according to the purchase amount.

Please note that the cash on delivery fee is not displayed on the cart screen when placing an order.

After we confirm your order, we will send you the total amount including the COD fee.
We will contact you by "Order Confirmation E-mail".

The cash on delivery fee is as follows.
Cash on delivery amount (excluding consumption tax) - Cash on delivery fee (including tax)
10,000 yen or less: 330 yen (300 yen without tax)
30,000 yen or less: 440 yen (400 yen without tax)
100,000 yen or less: 660 yen (600 yen without tax)
300,000 yen or less: 1,100 yen (1,000 yen without tax)
500,000 yen or less: 2,200 yen (2,000 yen without tax)

You can choose to pay by cash, credit card, or debit card upon receipt of the merchandise.

Please transfer within 3 bank business days after purchase application.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are not accepted except for defective products.
Please check the contents of the product as soon as you receive it.
To return an item, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 3 days of receipt. We will contact you to discuss shipping a replacement product.
We will pay the shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Purchasing and shipping from outside Japan

The listed price includes 10% Japanese tax. When you go to the purchase page and enter your shipping address, the tax will be deducted from the product price as a tax-free amount. Your order will be shipped by DHL within 3 business days from the date of order. In some areas, we will ship by EMS or FedEx.
